@happyhacker : They cost 25p each if you're on PAYG & with you looking at your balance it would seem you are on PAYG.

@happyhacker , calls to 150 do not cost anything, it is a free number to ring customer service, why did you think it would cost you?
I would check your bill if you are on contract and the breakdown, or ring customer support, they can take a look for you.
