Calls not working

Hello I cannot receive any phone calls or call anybody. I have topped up my EE and have £14 in credit. Since I've topped up I have this problem

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

My account is in credit, but when I try to make a call I get "the number you have dialed has not been assigned to a client".
This happens with all numbers.
