I log into my account and try to buy an add on data bundle but all I get is "Forbidden you don't have permission to access this resource" can anyone tell me what is going on.

Is this happening on both the app and online?

If you're already set up as the account holder, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team.

They'll be able to check your account to see why this is happening.

Look at http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase when not connected to WiFi to see what data add-ons are available. To avoid the "Forbidden" msg, make sure you use HTTP:, not HTTPS: & do it under IE, FF or Samsung Internet not Chrome or any browser that forces HTTPS:.
