I can't connect my number since it always takes me to the same page. I add my number,  tells me that my number is a 4gee wifi number and then takes me back to where I was. I have topped up my account but I can't use the money I added to buy data for my number... help?

MyEE doesn't work for registering PAYG MBB devices or at least those with data SIMs. It stops at telling you to connect your device & login to it, but when you've done as instructed it doesn't have anywhere for you to say you've done it.

You may continue using your device but you just can't register it to MyEE.

  1. Use Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no.
  2. Go to http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from the device will tell you your usage & credit.
  3. Go to http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase from the device to buy add-ons.

Yes but I have an email and password...

You may very well have but they are useless to you for adding a PAYG data SIM no. to it. You can register phone SIMs to it if you ever have any.
