I buy last week new sim pay as u go with £10 top up. I put this sim cart to phone 4 days ago and still it’s not top up. I can just pick up calls.

I can see you mentioned that you first popped your SIM in 4 days ago.
Did you immediately try a call or text when trying this, or was the first time you tried this the message @XRaySpeX recommended you try?

First I try to call on my another number then I wait two days and then check status sending AL to 150
