Hello. I am a new user, and today I received my SIM card. I previously chose a tariff for 35 pounds, pay as you go. And I paid for the order. But today, when I tried to use the SIM card, I can’t do anything. When I call, the robot says that I need to top up my account. But I've already paid £35! And in my account it says that I have no data. The SIM card came with an enclosed slip stating that I had purchased the plan for £35. That is, I’m not confusing anything, and the problem, as I understand it, is on EE side.
