I've been with EE for many years now and boosting my Data. Recently I managed to get to 9.4gb and did my usual top up but please see below images... My account says I have 6.5gb but my boost should be 9.4gb why is there a discrepancy? The text confirms 9.4fb until 21/10/22 but when logged into account only 1gb left out of 6.5gb? Why?
