Payment card not recognised

Hi - i've added my mastercard details but I keep being told it's a maestro card and not accepted.  My card is a mastercard.  I've checked the card number and gone through the processs several times

any ideas?

Hi - it's just a normal debit card.

 

Not a problem for now as I've used a different card (also Mastercard )  I'll see if I can change it to my usual card or call CS in a few days to see if they can help.

Thank you, but I'm trying to set up a monthly payment.  I've set it up using a different card for now, hopefully i can change it in the future.

Hi @orreokat 

Is your card a MasterCard bank card or a prepaid MasterCard card? It might say MasterCard but if it needs the banks authority for every payment then it's likely the latter.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
