Am I missing something.

Just looking at my paygo allowance and usage.

I have a £10 subscription pack and it says I have 381 minutes left out of 500 to use.

When I look at the calls, voice mails etc....all the usages are £0.

So where have I used 129 minutes??

Is this a test to catch new customers out, because I don't understand how EE works so far....🤔🤔

Have you made any calls to mobiles, landlines and your voicemail?

Hi Yes.

When I asked EE what type of calls are included, they told me mobile to mobile, landlines and 034, the equivalent to mobiles.

I haven't had any voicemail calls or made any 0345 premium calls, but in just over a week, I haven't made an hour and half worth of calls.

There's no cost of calls, just a hyphen next to each logged call under the heading COST.

Thanks, a cost would only show for chargeable calls outside of your allowance or if you use all of your allowance. 

If you have not used the minutes since the pack started, please call us on 150 and the team will get this looked into for you.
