Trying to set up an automatic renewal for my 30 day pack but having authentication error it says it has taken but in red it says it is not going to renew

I had the same SIM for a year preloaded 12 months so didn't need to be touched it expired yesterday and was given a 10gb 30 day through customer services active until August then it will renew if I can register my card I texted and was sent an email saying it was set up but on app in red it says it won't renew so at a loss as what to do if I put credit on will it carry on or will I have to text 150
