Additional Payer Authentication

Hello, I was to pay my top up. However under payment details. it asked for "Additional Payer Authentication". The bank I placed has sent me a pin but I don't know where to show or type in the EE app to accept my payment. What can I do about this? Thanks.

no i'm not using a foreign bank card.

Have you tried a different web browser, @Dina994?

Does it only happen with one particular card?

It happens with all cards, with all browser, on laptop and phone.

I am now left unable to renew my pack because I need to change my payment card.

I have the same issue,  I am overseas trying to top by card, but unfortunately its not working . I really need to top up  as I need to keep this phone number tell I get back home in December.  So if you have any ideas how to work it please share it

I'm sorry you are having trouble topping up while you are abroad. Are you doing this through your online account or through our payment link?

I am also experiencing the same thing. I’ve tried using different browsers on my laptop and my phone and my tablet and nothing has worked. Please do fix your website bug.

Are you logging in to your account when trying to do this, and have you been able to make these payments successfully with the same card in the past? 

If you're needing to make a top-up right away, we do have our anonymous payment option too, which is definitely worth a try. 

Keep us posted on how you get on,
