Adding packs

I’m trying to add a pack but its saying there’s a system failure at the moment for this section in my managed account.  Is there a fast way to add a £15 pack?

How were you trying to add it, @Cairojane?

We had some maintenance on the My EE platform last night, so that may be why it didn't go through.

Could you try it again and let us know what happens.
