Hi all, anyone else having problems with add ons . For some time now every time I want to add a text pack on it constantly says it’s unavailable.

@jewellery1D - the EE add-on website dashboard, when logged into my EE web, has been broke for several months.

@354- : The EE add-on website doesn't offer text add-ons, only data. It works for me.

@XRaySpeX - Oh, I meant the EE web dashboard, that shows, data, texts and mins add-on, to purchase.

The data add-ons webpage http://add-on.ee.co.uk, definitely works! For sure!

@354- : Yes, the online EE web add-ons page is still failing "ADDONS PURCHASE ERROR". So I recommend to everyone either:

• Data addons: Visit http://add-on.ee.co.uk
• Mins or Texts add-ons: Text ADD MINS or TEXTS to 150.

Thanks for replying. I can not add texts at all. If I do it via the website it said we sorry we are doing all we can to fix the page. And if I do via text it just bring the abroad roaming charges and doesn’t give me texts. I’m finding this hugely frustrating and thinking of changing providers.

Is it a list of 150 services that you get back or something else? If it is easier you can take a screenshot of what you get back on the text.
