Add-ons issue

Hi,

I purchased an EE SIM card as a tourist in July, now I’m back to the UK. I topped up my credit but I can’t buy any of the add-ons using my credit. Any help ?

@SofiaMoose : July this year? It should still work. It's only 3 months. PAYG SIMs are only deactivated after 6 months of non-use. I presume you actually used it in July.

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?
