When purchasing my sim pack at Heathrow it included an add on which was supposed to allow me to make call in Europe.  However I am unable to call and when I checked my account I received a message which says the system is unavailable

@Jeanie2250 : Where are you trying to make the calls from? If aboard, Did you use that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before you left to go abroad? EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network before they can be used abroad. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.
