Hello I want to add data 10 GB) for 13 Pounds. I see 5 GB IS 20 Pounds .. I don’t understand and is 10 GB for one day only ?

The 10 GB add-on for £13 is only for those users who have a £15 - £24.99 pack.
The 5 GB add-on for £20 is only for those users who don't have an active pack.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I added credit to the account.

It's a PAYG account I tried to add data but the app is broken. Texting 10GB ADD fails.

About to run out of data.

I'm about to ditch EE in its entirety including home Internet.

What gives?

The EE app is seriously broken.

EE doesn't support e-SIMs.

Maybe it'd time to ditch EE?
