Active SIM card

I have a SIM card and it is disabled and now I can't call and I can't send messages and I charged it. Now how can I activate it? I haven't charged it in 3 months

Thanks for coming to the community. 

Is the SIM card on pay as you go? 

If so, and you haven’t used your phone for any chargeable activity for 179 days then your account will go into hibernation and any credit will be removed. To get the number reinstated, you would need to contact us from any phone and the team will be happy to help.
