Dear EE,
I am a client of yours on a PAYG. Due to technical issues on my phone, I was not able to use it for several months.
I am not trying to reset the number but I have not been able to as I am not allowed to make any phone calls (not even to your help number)
I would like to have it reset and become operative again.

PAYG phones are hibernated after 179 days without chargeable usage, and have approx 3months grace to reactivate before outright disconnection occurs at 273 days.
If you are in that 3month grace period, you need to contact EE-CS for reactivation - they are on 07953 966150 from any working phone, or +44 800 9566000 from a web-calling app such as Skype.
There is no access to individual customer accounts on this forum.
