So I’ve put £10.00 worth off credit and data n all as it told me to do on 150 text message I received and pickled the 10 pound bundle and  it hasn’t included the data only the minutes and texts but I needed the data, now says I have 7.20 remaining is there a chance I could also get data included without having to pay another £10 pounds as I won’t even use the calls or texts?

@Amelia56 : Did you top-up £10 & then buy a pack by texting PLAN10 or ALL PLANS to 150? The £10 pack should include 20GB data as well as mins & texts.

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

I typed “plan10” and i then paid it and told me I will receive 20GB and 500 mins n unlimited texts but I haven’t received my data Only minutes n texts… but I didn’t need that as much it was the data I needed.

Hi @Amelia56

Welcome to the community.

If the minutes and texts have updated, the data should have too.

Please try restarting your phone, then let us know what happens when you try to use the device browser on mobile data.

Thanks

Chris
