Hi, my subscription plan didn’t activate even though the payment was taken from my bank account. The £13.50 payment is showing as “Pending” on my bank side, but on my EE account the plan shows as not active and I have no minutes, data or texts.
Could you please manually activate my £15/£13.50 plan and restore my allowances?

If it's showing as "Pending" at your bank, it hasn't been taken yet. Wait until tomorrow.
What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
