5gb but onlt getting 50mb

Please could someone help me I've bought a 5gb pack but only getting 50mb

Could someone explain why this is.

@19Tracey64 : Did you pay £10 or just a nominal amount like 90p for the SIM?

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?

I paid 99p for the sim then called EE and topped it with £10
