@Nada34 : Top up to at least £15 before the current £5 pack expires & then text PACK15 to 150. The £15 pack will be held pending until the £5 pack expires but if you want it to start immediately text NOW to 150.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

“Hi, I topped up £5 to activate the £5 data pack, but it hasn’t started. When I texted 150, it still tells me to top up again, even though my balance shows £5. Can you activate the pack for me?”

The £5 pack is a legacy pack & quite likely has been withdrawn by EE. You may need to start buying packs of £10 or more.
