Hello, I have an account with you and my daughter's number is under my account but how do I purchase a monthly pack for her mobile through my account? 🤔

@Candyfloss666 : Switch to her account from the drop-down in the Menu of your online MyEE & then go to Packs from the Menu.

Thank you for responding.
The trouble I'm having with that though is, it says I have a Single User Account and there is no option to change accounts, however, her number is registered under my account, weird. Maybe I should just call EE. lol
Any further tips?

The Single User Account is the current single a/c being shown by MyEE with its a/c no. below. Open up the "Switch accounts" drop-down below that & you will see all the other Single User Accounts together with their a/c nos. that are under this MyEE.
