Apologies if this is in the wrong location.

 

How, when I have a £30 payg sim that renews today to give me 100gb allowance, do I have 60gb remaining? 

It literally renewed 20 minutes ago, was nowhere near used up from last month but I only have 60gb when 100gb has just been added?
