I bought a couple of PAYG SIM cards on the 12th and 13th last week from an EE store, each loaded with £10 subscription pack and I was able to use them from day one without any issues.
I had two GiffGaff mobile numbers ported successfully yesterday to replace the orginal ones from the SIM cards and today I wasn't able to make any phone calls, upon checking my account I found both packs disappeared. I just phoned 150 to inform them of the issue and they just said there's nothing they can do because they don't see I bought anything for the numbers they were ported yesterday .. I explained I still have the receipts from the EE store and the packs were loaded initially on the original SIM numbers but they shouldn't just be wiped out just because I ported my existing numbers to EE, they just advised me to take the receipts and go back to the EE store to see if they can help!!
Anyone had this issue before? I just can't believe EE can't see the historical changes on our accounts .. will be heading to the EE store later but is this really the only way to fix this issue, assuming the EE store can do something about it

Hi @amineb
Thanks for coming to the community.
Can you text BALANCE to 150 from both phones, does the reply show a pack has been purchased?

There was nothing showing up, I went to the EE store yesterday and they were really helpful, they ended up calling EE customer support from there and they re-added all the credit back manually to my account numbers, all good now 🙂 .. the only the reason they can think of why this has happened is because the phone numbers were ported and this caused all the packs to be wiped out for some reason 😕

This should not happen when porting a number and I am very sorry the pack details were removed @amineb
Thanks for letting me know this is now sorted for you 🙂
Leanne.
