1GB add on became a 500MB add on

I'm on pay as you go and I bought an add-on for 1GB of data for last 7 days at £3.00 using credit on my account. However, when I purchased the add on, my account said I only have 500MB of data. Is there anything that can be done about this?

@AbuS : The £3 7-day data add-on is for 500 MB, not 1 GB.  It's £6 for 1GB.
