As title said, I bought a 75GB special offer from a local store and I waited for my current plan to expire and then redeemed it and only received 25GB. I read online it might take some time to receive the extra gigabytes but it's been 6 days and nothing.

Hi @sftl

It says on the back the promotion ended in October 2025. (9th April 2025 - 7th October 2025)

The sticker on the front I suspect is the SIM expiry date.

You have also posted the number, pin on an open forum.

Thanks

@sftl : What do you mean by "I waited for my current plan to expire"? If you bought a new SIM you won't have any current plan to expire. It will start with the plan with 75GB data as offered.

If you had a existing SIM with its current plan you can't expect that by buying a new SIM with a promotional offer that it would somehow magically transfer to your existing SIM.

I switched from SMARTY to EE for the better signal coverage so I had to wait 10ish days for my smarty plan to expire after which I put in my EE SIM into my phone and topped up and activated the plan.

I didn't notice the expiry date however I purchased the SIM in January/February

I didn't know if I should cover the pin or not. I hope it's not a big deal.
