Ive been on the same PAYG deal for over 5 years at least and seem to now be having issues. It was the £1 a week with boosts every 12 top-ups I think. I recently got a text from 150 saying "Today is the last day that your £1 Talk Pack will automatically renew when you have £1.00 credit" - I'm not sure if it's an error as I've spent years as a loyal customer building up my boosts but can't find any information :(. Any help would be great thanks.

Hi @cornhead22
Thanks for coming to the community.
I know you'll be keen to keep this Pack in place if it works well for your usage!
When you're logged into the EE app or your main online account, can you still see the £1 Pack active and in place?
Do you currently have credit available on your account to use for future Packs?

Hi Linzi,
Thanks for the reply.
I'm not sure. I topped up the other day and it didn't seem to register like normal and the £5 which normally lasts me 4-5 weeks lasted a day or two. I have attached some screenshots. I think normally on the Free Boosts section it would list all my past boosts etc. And the only options at the top are more expensive packs. So my usual pack hasn't been discontinued or anything? I'm hesitant to top up and I dint want to waste more money if it doesn't last.
thanks 🙂

Thanks for the screenshots @cornhead22
It doesn't look like your online account is recognising the Pack you've had in place for some reason.
If you tap "Choose Your Pack", is the £1 Pack an option to add, or is it just higher value ones it's suggesting?

Hi,
Yeah it just shows £10 and up on higher value packs that I'm not after (screenshot attached). Just want my old pack back online. Don't want to have to call anyone 😞
Thanks

Thanks @cornhead22
I've done a little digging and I can see this Pack was discontinued some time ago, so I don't think you'll see the option to re-add it online.
If you've been using this Pack up until recently still, my next suggestion would be to give us a call so our team can work out if we can get it back in place for you again.

We don't have access to your account here @cornhead22
But if you call us on 150, our Pay As You Go team will be able to review everything for you.

Both the £1 & £5 packs are legacy packs that are no longer available to buy, even by letting it auto renew as that msg told you.
