What will I need to connect my EE phone to my 4G Samsung Watch?
The 4G Samsung Watch must be on the same EE account as the phone you would like to pair the watch with.
You will need to have Bluetooth turned on in your phone settings and a data connection (which can be either 4G or WiFi).
You will need a compatible Samsung device to pair your 4G Samsung Watch
I already have a 4G Samsung Watch connected to a Samsung phone, what do I need to do?
If you’re already using your 4G Samsung Watch and have set up the mobile network, there are a few ways to switch to your upgraded Samsung phone:
Via the Galaxy Wearable App
Once you have set up your Samsung phone; follow the steps below:
- Open the Galaxy Wearable App on your phone
- You will see a PASSKEY on the watch and phone screen – tap OK on either the phone or watch
- Follow the steps to pair your watch
- Once paired it may take a few minutes to connect your watch to the mobile network
Via your Samsung Watch
Once you have set up your Samsung phone; follow the steps below:
- Go to settings on the Galaxy Watch
- Your watch will reset (this won’t lose any data)
- Follow the steps on the Galaxy Wearable App on your phone to complete the set up
