I have a problem with my Wi-Fi voucher account. I can only connect to the Wi-Fi from one device. If the phone is connected, then the laptop or tablet is no longer connected. It gives a password and login error. What should I do with this?

What's a "voucher account"? Are you just meaning Broadband? If so is it fixed or mobile BB? Which router have you?

Oh, you are connecting to the public EE WiFi network. I don't know whether it only allows 1 connection at a time from the same user.
