When will I receive my fitbit

I have had confirmation but still waiting for the it's been sent email ?? How long will it take

@Kevink77  Was this a add to plan item from the add to plan store or was it a free gift because of the phone/tariff you chosen?

Gift I registered 14 days later but still waiting for the email to say it's been dispatched I've had confirmation to to say they are working on it and it's been approved

@Kevink77  If I remember it can be up to 30 days after your successful request.    It’s also not coming from EE so they’ll not give you tracking information.

Mine took around 11 days to be delivered from the claim being approved.

There is a tracking page for it which you should have been given when applying for it.

You can keep track here. And once it's been shipped you'll get a tracking notice from DPD
