I got my Nintendo switch from ee last year and I need to find proof and I can't seem to find it anywhere nor be able to get through to ee customer service and Nintendo have asked for proof before collection tomorrow what can I do

HI leanne, it says I need proof of purchase but this was over a year ago I don't own this anymore and I can't find anything in my emails
