I took my damaged Google pixel 4 watch into my local store last Saturday (18th April) to be sent off to repair under the warranty.
On the tracking there has been no movement at all since the 18th April and it states it's still awaiting receipt at the repair centre!!
Would this indicate it's still at the store or possibly lost somewhere? I'm currently paying for a watch I don't have!

Thanks for reaching out here on the community.
It's definitely strange that on the tracker it still appears to be at the store.
I would recommend either popping back into the store or giving the store a call to get an update.

I have contacted the store. She was very ambiguous and said it had been sent 'straight away' but there may be a delay on the tracking?? This makes no sense and a week after leaving my watch at the store there is no update on the repair at all?? Someone needs to be looking into this, it's unacceptable!!
