Hey there @Mel146.

Welcome to the EE Community 😊

As your network provider, I'm afraid we don't have any way of tracking the location of handsets.

If it's lost or stolen though, we definitely want to help you with making sure this gets reported, and there are a few other ways you may be able to track it too.

What exactly has happened here?

Also if it was an iPhone, you can try tracking this over at Find Devices - Apple iCloud.

Hi @JPenny

Welcome to the community.

As @Chris_B mentioned, we aren't able to track your phone, but you can follow the steps above check using Find My iPhone.

If you aren't able to find it, you can contact our customer service guides from another phone to have the SIM suspended.

They can also arrange for a replacement SIM to be sent out in the post or if you are on a pay monthly contract and have insurance, discuss a claim.

Alternatively, if you are the account holder, you can visit an EE store with photo ID (either a passport or driving licence), and they can activate a SIM with your number.
