@Chloemorgz1990   Then you need to call customer services about this.  

If this is a 24 month contract and you’re still within that contract term you’ll have to pay off the remaining term of that contract.  if it’s past the minimum term you just need to give 30 days notice to terminate. 

If this a 30 day rolling contract only need to give 30 days notice to terminate.  

  Do not just stop the DD yet as that doesn’t terminate a contract.

@Chris_B  is Correct you will have Termination fees to Pay if your still in the Minimum term and wish to cancel the contract.

I recently made a request to cancel my watch plan which I've got Termination Fee to pay.  Which isn't much as I'm near the end.

Don't cancel a DD until the final bill has been settled.
