Hi There, I bought a 4GEE Mobile Router from Argos in May. I called EE Customer Services to get the device unlocked as I want to use a Smarty Data Only SIM Card. Once inserted it shows Invalid SIM. Any suggestions will be very much appreciated.
Thank You.

@John5145 : If you bought it new in May it should not be locked to any network, by Ofcom rules. Complain to Argos.

Hi XRaySpeX,
Many thanks for your reply. Can I please ask why it says Invalid SIM when I put my Smarty SIM in the device.

Ask Argos. It shouldn't do if you inserted it correctly.
