Hello ,

I have an EE supplied 4G Mini Wifi locked to EE network , which I wish to " Unlock " .

I have supplied the IMEI code to EE and received a 10 digit Unlocking Code .

I have Chosen the "Unlock your EE device" option and just received an Email which seems to just restart the requested Unlock Process again without actually Unlocking it .

Please can someone offer a solution ?

Thank you .

Have you put anther network's SIM in it & supplied the Unlocking Code when it asks?

No not yet , I was leaving changing the SIM until I knew it was unlocked .

Is it required to put eg. a Vodaphone Sim in first - before entering the Unlock Code ?

Many thanks for your interest in my query .

Yes, That's when it can be unlocked.
