Hello ,
I have an EE supplied 4G Mini Wifi locked to EE network , which I wish to " Unlock " .
I have supplied the IMEI code to EE and received a 10 digit Unlocking Code .
I have Chosen the "Unlock your EE device" option and just received an Email which seems to just restart the requested Unlock Process again without actually Unlocking it .
Please can someone offer a solution ?
Thank you .

Have you put anther network's SIM in it & supplied the Unlocking Code when it asks?

No not yet , I was leaving changing the SIM until I knew it was unlocked .
Is it required to put eg. a Vodaphone Sim in first - before entering the Unlock Code ?
Many thanks for your interest in my query .

I have taken over as a Digital Inclusion Coordinator for a charity. I have inherited around a dozen 4G EE mini wifi boxes. The SIMs are now invalid and the boxes are locked to EE. I am wanting to unlock the boxes to loan out to our service users. I have tried following the unlocking process online. I have received the unlock code email. When I click on the link, I am taken to a blank page. Any suggestions how to proceed?

Yes, @MichaelaCR , that's as far as the EE unlocking process will take you. You then have to put anther network's SIM in it & supply the Unlocking Code when it asks.
