I'm attempting to unlock my phone using the ee website and unlock procedure. However, after inputting the IMEI at stage 1, the website responds with an error message, telling me there's a problem at their end, and asks me to try again later.
I've repeated the exercise multiple times over several days and always get the same error message. Us there a continuing problem with the ee website that is preventing the unlock procedure working?

@selfi Just call customer services and explain that your having issues with the online form and they’ll do this request for you.

OK. I'll try that. Seems like a plan. That was going to be my next step, but I was putting it off. 🤔
