Hi, my son has a kids nav watch registered in the number above. I have clicked on the kids nav link to top up my sons watch which takes me to this page. I have submitted my sons number for his watch but it keeps saying this and not allowing me to top up. I’ve spoke to kids nav who have recommended that I contact and speak to you regarding this. Any help would be appreciated as this watch is important for us to be able to track my son.
thank you

Is the watch linked to a mobile phone?

In that case, as the watch is a free-standing mobile device not linked to a phone as is usual & you seem to be trying to top-up thro' MyEE, try using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is its mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

Yes I attempted this several times and still getting ‘error occurred’
Wondering if he needs a new SIM card or something for his watch?
