My phone was lost but i managed to track it but they stole my sim card i really need my old number

I would recommend reporting this to our customer care team who can block your SIM and send out a replacement.

The replacement will have the same number.

Have you been in touch with our team directly to organise a replacement SIM? If you have requested this, your SIM will be sent to your registered UK address, and the team should confirm this with you before placing the order.
