My paired watch plan ended in May 24, I called in February to change my phone plan and said I wanted to cancel my paired watch plan when it came to an end too. As far as I was concerned it was going to cancel as I had asked for it to be cancelled from May. After noticing today that my watch plan was still going (6 months later) I called and was told I had to give at least 30 days notice (which surely I did when I called in February and said I no longer wanted the plan) and that I would have received messages to say my paired plan was coming to an end and to cancel if I didn’t want it any longer, but I didn’t receive any message of this sort in any of the various EE text chains I have.
I have been paying my watch plan for 6 months longer than I wanted/needed to despite verbally cancelling. How can this be resolved?

Hi @GeorgiaKate
Welcome to the community.
You can request the cancellation of a contract with us a maximum of 45 days before the end of your minimum term. So if you called us in February, we would not have been able to cancel your watch due to end in May (as that's too far in advance). If we had placed a 30-day disconnection notice, the watch line would have cancelled before the end of the minimum term and charged you an early termination fee.
We have some handy information on our How do I cancel my contract with EE? page.
