I’m interested in upgrading but says standard upgrade what phone can I have any details as I’ve got a I phone 11 pro

Disgusting how EE have changed the rule of upgrading 45 days before contract ends to 30days and not informed customers. Breach of contract as this is stated when you take the contract out.

Hi I currently have two sim cards no phone I'm considering to get a phone is it possible to just get a phone on its own?

If you're looking to take out a phone with us I would suggest one of our Flex Pay plans, where you pay for your phone and talk plan seperately, so if you decide you need to change your talk plan, this isn't tied to your device plan.
