Is there a way to appeal a void warranty as I sen my z fold 4 in for a inner screen repair got a phone call saying me warranty is voided because there is damage to the frame and screen when there is no damage to the frame even on the repair booking confirmation says there is no damage to the frame an how is a broken screen void the warranty as well I am now having to pay £500 to get the screen repaired

Yes I am just off the phone with them and they said they dont contact manufacturers I have to contact Samsung again to tell them that
They also told me on the phone they don't do manufacturer warranty because I only have a SIM with EE and bought the phone directly off of Samsung website I told the employee at the EE center this and they said it should be fine as it is still under the manufacturer warranty

If you purchased the phone direct with Samsung then you need to go to Samsung. Your contract for the device sale is with Samsung and nothing to do with EE.
If you purchased the phone with a plan at EE then EE are lying to you and they deal with Samsung regarding the warranty issues
