QR Code

I have the Samsung watch 5, it's paired to my Galaxy S22 Ultra without any issues, however when I try to set up a mobile plan it's asking me to scan my QR Code. Where exactly will I find this QR Code? Spoken to EE but they can't help me, any ideas please? I did uninstall the wearable app and I also reset the watch too but that hasn't helped.

You are normally given the option to buy a service plan or use a QR code.
