Phone won't charge

My phone is indicating that it is  charging but isn't The local EE shop suggests it could be a Motor Board issue.

Any advice?

@Anthony541   Take the device to the EE shop so it can be sent off to be looked at.   You’ll be charged for any repairs if your out of warranty or if you have insurance you can make a claim via that insurance policy
