I placed an order 4 days ago for google pixel. I have received the confirmation email with the reference number and the upfront payment as been taken however when I enter the reference number it’s saying not  recognised

Welcome to the community,

The upfront payment should be showing as pending until the order is dispatched and that will be when you will receive notification from EE.

I would advise, if you have not already done so, to download the DPD app, as you will receive notification the day before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window with a PIN number, which you show the driver before receiving your device.
