Hi

  I bought an Oculus Quest 3 from the EE store at Derbion last Thursday, but it doesn’t work. I tried charging it for several hours, but it still won’t turn on. What should I do?

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Sorry to hear you're having a problem with your Meta Quest 3 purchase. 

Did the store give you a reason why they didn't accept a return?
