Nreal glassess faulty after 3 months need help

NReal glasses not working properly all apps updated and software updated

Only 3 months old Only 1 adult using them, no kids in household, no pets. Told em to not buy 1st generation as thats where the bugs are and get fixed for the next gen

Just stopped working screen in one lens and volume not good so where do I return faulty item as all customer service is about phones and broadband.

ust going to try and hope I dont get the runaround
