My phone is stolen and want to block it

Welcome to the community. 

I'm sorry to hear your phone has been stolen

To apply a block you will need to get in touch with our customer care team

The team will then be able to send you a replacement SIM and if you have insurance get you through to the relevant team. 

Should you need a SIM quicker, you also have the option to visit your local EE Store with photo ID.
